Our Wicked Weekend Vacation!

We went to Austin and San Antonio this weekend to see Wicked, go to Sea World, and have a romantic get away. Wicked was amazing!! We had a great time.

Of course we had to stop for BBQ several times on our way to San Antonio and home.

Dan is so much fun to travel with. He turns into a little kid and gets excited about everything. I fell in love with him all over again this weekend and we plan to go on a lot more getaways this year. It's nice to get away from school.

Be honest

I feel like I can never keep up with keeping my apartment clean. We clean it one day and the very next day it is a mess again. Today I came home and I feel like it looks like a total disaster and I have no excuse, I have no kids! You may think, "Every time I come over to your house it's clean." Well, that's because I clean it spotless before any one comes over. I try to stay on top of it, but by the time I get home from work, I am exhausted and don't want to lift a finger. Lazy, I know. So be honest. Are your houses clean all the time? Do you ever feel like you can't keep up with cleaning and laundry? I feel like we clean a lot around here but it doesn't stay that way for very long! Ughhh, well I better stop blogging and start cleaning.

Ashley Came to Visit...last weekend

I had such a fun time when Ashley and Cade came to visit last weekend. We hung out, gave baby Cade lots of attention, and did all sorts of girly things. I miss them sooo much.

Twisted Root

Last saturday we got a group of our friends together and went to the Twisted Root. It was really fun, but the food was not that great.

Baby Lucy Mae

I became an Aunt again!! Look at this beautiful baby girl. My sis-in-law, Lindsey gave birth to this healthy, darling, baby girl Wednesday. We are already in love with her and can't wait to meet little Lucy Mae.
