The hard worker

I spied on my husband while he was studying and this is what I caught him doing red handed!! Softly playing his guitar. I know deep in his heart his true passion is music and he would love nothing more than to be a musician and have his own band. But, instead, he is stuck in a little study with no windows, studying for hours upon hours a day. It's not easy on either of us, but I am so grateful he is willing to work hard and go to school so that one day we can give our kids a great life. Dan has several goals in life, and one of them is to make sure to provide and take care of his family. I feel so grateful to have such a dedicated husband.

It's important to sneak in the "fun" stuff whenever you can. Otherwise we will all go crazy. Good job for working so hard and keeping your goals within reach.

not being a musician, it was never music with mark, it was always paintball nation, he was constantly telling me he was studying, then i'd come in the room and he'd let me know he just bought a new gun. the most annoying thing is though is that these guys can do all the fooling around he wants and still get all A's. not fair.

Hey stranger. So good to see that you two are doing well in Texas. With all of the sickness going around Colorado right now, I'm quite jealous of the warm weather...though Justin would go crazy in humidity! I meant to respond to a post you said awhile ago, when you asked, "What do I mean by low students?" I mean academically low. They grouped all IEP (special ed) on my team this year, and all Tier 3 (advanced kids), so it's a BIG mix. I've enjoyed the challenge, but this mix makes for some really funny stories:) Hope we can visit sometime! Your always welcome to visit the Rockies!
